In 2014, a shared vision led to the founding of INK IT Solutions in Australia. As INK IT, we weren't about fancy suits; we aimed to create a workplace that felt like a second home, where our team finds joy in their work. It was all about making the daily grind more productive and simply enjoyable.
In 2015, we decided to spread our wings and opened the doors to our very first Global Delivery Centre in India, extending our family, both onshore and offshore. By 2016, we were ready for new adventures, expanding our operations to the vibrant landscape of UAE, where we started engaging with some great customers who are still our trusted partners.
2017 marked our deep dive into Human Experience. It was about cultivating a team with adequate resource strength and skillsets both onshore and offshore, to provide optimal services in HXM, to our customers based in various geographies, while continuing to lift the INK IT spirit – a spirit that embodied 'us' rather than 'them.'
In 2018, we turned our attention to Customer Experience, welcoming more stars on-site in Australia supported with additional rockstars from our Global Delivery Centre. We opened another GDC in India to support the growing customer base.
Then, in 2019, SAP came knocking, and we proudly embraced the partnership. CX & HX became our guiding principles, sprinkled with the magic of strong robotics process automation and early AI capabilities. We further moved on to become SAP re-sell partner, while always staying true to the down-to-earth vibe that defines INK IT.
Fast forward to 2020 – the year of milestones. INK IT became Oracle Partners, with strong hold in PeopleSoft HCM space, we unveiled SAP pre-packaged solutions for CX and also started pursuing S/4 HANA implementation and migration capabilities. But we didn't do it solo. We created a strategic partnerships with some cool system integrators, making it more of an INK IT family affair than a business venture.
2021 brought a fresh wave of recognition as we became a recognised SAP Gold Partner. We expanded our global footprint with operations in Singapore and South Africa, forming a strategic collaboration with an industry leader to implement S/4 HANA. Notably, we were honoured with the implementation of Australian Payroll solutions in a prestigious Australian university. Building on this success, 2022 saw the launch of our Malaysian Global Delivery Center (CX) in Kuala Lumpur, with a near-shore delivery focus.
2022 defined growth year for INK IT, where we expanded our delivery team in Malaysia and won major support contracts in SAP CX for ANZ region. We continued to deliver successful projects in SAP HXM across the globe and initiated works in the US.
2023 was a crucial year and re-defined INK IT in many ways. We went back to the drawing board and identified our real strengths. This resulted in re-organising our leadership and team structures. There was a lot of hiring and our stars almost doubled in headcount, going up to 250 members globally. We created some great relationships with our new engagements, became a PCOE partner for SAP. SAP also awarded us a direct vendor status for their global procurement.
Heading into 2024, we are prioritising the development of our S/4 HANA Public capability, with a strong focus on extending our BTP practice. Additionally, we are pioneering POCs with AI and Blockchain, with two exciting products set for release this year.
